Spumpy Support

Help with workouts, friends, and your account

For the quickest help, include your device model, iOS or Android version, Spumpy app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send health records, authentication secrets, or sensitive photos.

Health data is not appearing

  1. Open Apple Health or Health Connect and confirm Spumpy can read workouts and steps.
  2. Complete a workout, then reopen Spumpy and pull to refresh where available.
  3. If permission was denied, enable it in system settings and return to Spumpy.

Friend sync is not working

  1. Confirm both people are online and are using the latest Spumpy version.
  2. Check that the friend code was entered exactly as shown.
  3. Wait a moment and retry. Spumpy may briefly limit repeated requests to protect the service.

Block, report, or delete an account

On iOS, open Friends → Account & Safety. On Android, open Settings. You can block or report a profile from its menu, and both platforms provide an in-app control to permanently delete your backend profile, friend data, and local Spumpy data.
